Funeral service for Mr. Wayne G. Wiggins, 78, of Rayville, LA, will be held at 12:00PM Friday, March 28, 2025, at New Light Baptist Church with Rev. Lindle Stewart and Rev. Jimmy Masters officiating under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd. Monroe. Visitation will be from 5:00PM until 7:00PM Thursday, March 27, 2025, at New Light Baptist Church.

Mr. Wiggins was born on December 4, 1946, in Winnsboro, LA, and passed away at his residence surrounded by his family on March 25, 2025. He worked for Olin Kraft, Riverwood, Gaylord, Duro Bag in Covington, KY, and Billhorn Board and Paper in West Monroe. Mr. Wiggins was preceded in death by his parents, Dempsey and Lois Virginia Wiggins; and his granddaughter, Kiely.

Survivors include his wife, Janice Cain Wiggins; children, Anita Elliott and husband Bucky, Wendy Best and husband D.J., Kevin Hardy, Eric Hardy and wife Angel; grandchildren, Railyn, Shelby, Tucker, Weston, Nicolas, Addison, Alexis, Madelyn, Charleigh, Kerrigan, Brennan, Easton, and Jaxon; great grandchildren, Briar, Drake and Dutton; siblings, Ronnie Wiggins and wife Elly, James Wiggins, Colleen McCaa and husband Eddie, Sue Trichell and husband David, and Theresa Matlock and husband Jimmy; special uncle, Bill Dickens; and numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

Pallbearers will be Daniel Trichell, David Trichell, Austin Croxton, Kenny McCaa, Kenny Killian, James Matlock, Jimmy Matlock, and Jamie Wiggins. Honorary pallbearers will be David Trichell, Eddie McCaa, L. V. Kane, and Ronnie Watkins.

The family would like to express their appreciation for the care given to Wayne, but especially Savannah Hipp and Shelley Mayeux.

Memorials may be made to Heart of Hospice.
