Obituary of Wei Wei Ning
Wei Wei Ning, of Morristown, NJ died peacefully after a valiant fight with cancer on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at Morristown Medical Center. She was 65.
Wei Wei is survived by her husband, Paul Geller, one daughter, Anna Shen, one sister, Yi Ning; Ex-Husband, Jie Shen, many extended family in China, and her Global family of dear friends and business partners.
In addition to her parents, Wei Wei was predeceased by her brother, Xiaodong Ning.
Wei Wei was born in Shanghai, China on August 28, 1957 to the late Miao Ning and Zhu Bao Ye. She went on to earn her bachelor's degree in China, and become a language teacher, teaching English in China for several years. She inspired many people and took great pride in teaching.
Wei Wei emigrated to the United States in 1988 and earned another bachelor's degree from Bethany College in West Virginia. She proudly earned her US Citizenship, and later lived in Boston, Queens & Brooklyn, NY and Florida before finally settling in New Jersey.
Wei Wei was dedicated to her career as an Entrepreneur, Functional Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach, and Chinese Beauty & Style Consultant. She was deeply committed to Women's & Holistic Health and Nutrition, making it a key part of her life's work.
Wei Wei built many relationships worldwide throughout her career, and was always willing to help others and offer her advice. She was always passionate about her career and teaching others.
Wei Wei loved to travel the world and visited many countries including China, USA, UK, Ireland, France, Italy, Spain and Portugal. She enjoyed large cities like New York, Las Vegas, Miami, London, Rome, Dublin, Barcelona, Madrid and many more. She loved to meet new people, learn about their cultures, and especially experience their food, fashion, art and music. She also loved to attend Concerts and Broadway Shows.
Above all, Wei Wei was a Wonderful & Devoted Mother, Wife and True Friend.
She will be deeply missed by all those who loved and knew her.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the visitation which will be held from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Thursday, February 23, 2023 at the Madison Memorial Home, 159 Main Street, Madison, followed by an 11:00 AM funeral service at the funeral home led by Pastor John W. Minnema.
Wei Wei has requested the wearing of bright and colorful attire in honor of her passion for life.
For the safety and health of all, and at the request of the family, we respectfully require masks to be worn in the funeral home.
Entombment will follow at Garden of Memories Mausoleum, 300 Soldier Hill Rd, Township of Washington, NJ.

Charitable contributions may be made to the cancer charity of your choice in Wei Wei's memory.

I will always remember Wei Wei as a vibrant, lovely woman whose enthusiam was infectious! I would get motivated just listening to her speak passionately about nutrition. She will truly be missed in our community. My condolences to her husband and family on the loss of such a beautiful soul. Rest in peace, Wei Wei
