Wendell Elv Jennette was born in Selma AL to Margaret Ruth Allen Jennette and Claude W. Jennette. Wendell served in the United States Air Force for 10 years, receiving an Honorable Discharge, at the rank of Staff Sergeant. He was a lifelong fan of Alabama football. Wendell was a simple man with an enduring love of his country, his family, and the 18 National Championship winning Crimson Tide.
He was loved by all and will be missed by his family and friends.
