Wendy Bartos Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Palm Beach Memorial Park Funeral Home on Mar. 30, 2026.
Wendy Bartos passed away surrounded by the love of her family, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, compassion, and devotion to others. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend whose presence brought warmth and comfort to all who knew her. Wendy shared 62 beautiful years of marriage with her devoted husband, Henry Bartos. Together they built a family rooted in love, strength, and enduring connection. She was a proud and caring mother to Susan Push (husband James), Elaine Stoerger, and Lawrence Bartos (wife Julianne), and a cherished grandmother to Jason, Kevin, Daniel, Sarah, Noah, and Corrine, each of whom brought her immense joy.She is also survived by her brother, Ronald Schneck (wife Linda), as well as her beloved niece Jaime Burell and family, and nephew Aaron Schneck. Wendy had a deep love for animals and was a passionate advocate for children and women's rights. She found joy in art, travel, music, and sports-especially basketball-and embraced life with curiosity and enthusiasm. Her faith was a guiding force throughout her life, and she was a dedicated member of her community, serving faithfully with the Sisterhood and Hadassah for many years. Those who knew Wendy often described her simply as a lovely person-a reflection of her gentle spirit, generosity, and genuine care for others. She touched countless lives with her kindness and will be remembered for her unwavering love and the meaningful connections she fostered. Wendy's family will miss her deeply and hold her memory close in their hearts forever.
