Wendy S. Dillard
Wendy Shell Dillard, 59, loving wife of 40 years to John “Stoney” Dillard, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday May 4, 2024 at her home.
Born April 18, 1965 in Spartanburg, she was a daughter of Shirley Wyatt Shell of Inman and the late Patrick Ellis Shell. She was a former Cake Tech and of the Baptist faith.
Surviving in addition to her husband are her daughters, Amanda Dillard Wells of Inman, Candace Dillard James (David) of Boiling Springs; sisters, Kimberly Scott, Carmen Shell, Natalie Bishop; brothers, Alan Shell, Philip Shell, Raymond Shell; 7 grandchildren, Dixie Frady, Lexie Frady, Ayden Wells, Elijah James, Jace Wells, Dalton James and Alyssa James.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at Harris-Nadeau Mortuary, 5880 Chesnee Highway, Chesnee, SC. A Celebration of Life will follow at 6:00 p.m. at Prayer Baptist Church, 6101 Highway 9 Inman, SC with Reverend Landon Rhoden officiating.
