Phyllis Ann Powers, 85, of Orrville, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2026, at Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare in Wooster after a brief illness.
Phyllis was born on April 21, 1941, in Kimberly, OH to William Lester and Kathleen A. (Hayden) Breeze and graduated from Nelsonville High School. On Dec. 18, 1993, she married Neal Glen Powers and he survives.
Surviving in addition to her husband, Glen are her children, Steve and his wife Karen Schoolcraft of Orrville, Mark Schoolcraft of Campobello, SC and Kelly and her husband Roger Morris of Inman, SC; 5 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, William Breeze.
A family graveside committal service will be held on Friday, Feb. 13th at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery with Pastor Ryan Hysell officiating. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare, 1900 Akron Rd., Wooster, OH 44691.
