Wes Jordan Obituary

He was born on July 18, 1936, in Cowansville, Pennsylvania to Mary Pearl (Zeigler) Jordan and Bert Lee Jordan. Wes graduated from Armstrong County High School in 1955 and went on to enlist in the U.S. Army on February 8, 1955. Wes proudly served until his honorable discharge on February 7, 1958.
On May 27, 2012, he married Sally Jean Miller, and they shared the last 13 years together before Wes passed away. Wes spent the majority of his life enjoying God's beauty from his window working as a truck driver for B&B Trucking Company until his retirement in 1999.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Sally Jean Jordan (Winona Lake, IN); four daughters, Debbie White (New Holland, PA); Melody Brewer (Springfield, PA); Diane (Mark) Troyer (Wilmore, KY); Connie (Art) Bankert (New Holland, PA); and his son, Dennis Jordan (Soquel, CA). Also surviving are his twelve grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren; and his brother, Terry (Beverly) Jordan (Warsaw, IN). He was preceded in death by his parents, and two sisters, Dolores Byers, Marilyn Jordan; and his former wife, Edith "Edie" (Hinderliter) Jordan.
Friends and family are invited to a memorial gathering from 1:00 - 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, in the Fellowship Hall at Grace Village Retirement Community, 337 Grace Village Drive, Winona Lake, Indiana. Wes' life will be celebrated with a memorial service at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 24, 2025 at Christian Fellowship Church, 758 Spruce Road, New Holland, Pennsylvania and officiated by Pastor Timothy Hodge. He will be laid to rest at Zeltenreich UCC Cemetery in New Holland, Pennsylvania. Arrangements were entrusted to Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw, Indiana.
