Wesley Kalgren Obituary
Born December 31, 1964, in DuBois, he was the son of the late William L. and Mary E. (Burns) Kalgren.
On August 28, 1993, he married Tamara (Bernardo) Kalgren at the Sabula Methodist Church. She survives.
Wes was employed by Owens-Illinois as a machine operator in the hot end. He loved to build anything. Wes was an incredible cook, had a great sense of humor, and was a very caring and loving husband. As an organ donor, Wes's caring and giving will continue to live on in others.
In addition to his wife, Wes is survived by a stepdaughter, Tabitha Merriman and her fiancé, Ian Kaminski, Coraopolis, PA; his grandchildren, Shane Michael, Haylee, and Lucian Merriman, all of Coraopolis, and Mellena Merriman and her fiancé, Ethan MacDonald, Bridgeville, PA; three siblings, William J. (Inga) Kalgren, Florida, Cheryl (William) Kramer, Brookville, and Nancy (Richard) Heffner, DuBois, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
There will be no public visitation or service. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Adamson Funeral Chapel and Crematorium.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association at www.heart.org.

Wes... I will always miss you., you made a major impact on my life by accepting me for who i was and showing me things that i have never experienced.. you not only opened your home to me and my family when times were hard for us but you also opened your mind and your heart and offered me knowledge that would allow me to be a provider for my family.. i will always remember you as someone who believed in me when i couldn't believe in myself.. i thank you and i will always miss you and keep you in my heart...

Wes was such a loving and generous man. Wes and wife Tammy shared many laughs and many good meals with friends. Wes was totally committed to his family, his feline and his cultivated land. I am so lucky to have known him.
My heart aches for the loss of someone so young and good. I love you Wes and Tammy!
