Wesley Lamar Rogers

Wesley Lamar Rogers was born on March 15, 1954, and peacefully departed this life on December 7, 2025. He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Sallie Mae Kendrick, and his father, William Arthur Green.
Wesley was a man whose life was deeply rooted in family. He shared strong bonds with his siblings and extended relatives, leaving behind a legacy of connection, resilience, and love that will continue through generations.
He is survived by his loving siblings: Rosetta Adams, Eunice Rogers Thomas, Robert C. Rogers, Sandra L. Kendrick, Sheena Green, Keshia Green, Sheena Daniels, and Virginia Kendrick.
He was preceded in death by his siblings: Boyce Green, Jessie L. Kendrick, James L. Rogers, Jessie F. Kendrick, John H. Rogers, James L. Lott, Donald Green, Shelly Hodges, Don Juan Adams, and Keva Black.
Wesley was preceded in death by two cherished children: Johnnie L. Booker and Leslie Ann Booker. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving daughters, Katrina M. Booker and Shadonna S. Booker, and is also survived by the mother of his children, Dorothy Ann Booker, who shared in the journey of raising their family.
He is further survived by his beloved grandchildren: James L. Booker, Darrell Booker, Antonio Booker, Loveable Loveless, Dorrianna Booker, Marquel Reese, Eturnity Harris, Sonnique Davis and Lovie Booker; and his cherished great-grandchildren: Lamariontae Booker, Emmariona Booker, Marayshiona Booker, James Booker Jr., Kaemarion Booker, and Skye Milove Moore, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Wesley Lamar Rogers will be remembered for his enduring spirit, his love for family, and the lasting impact he made on all who knew him. His life was a testament to the importance of family, legacy, and remembrance, and he will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
