Wesley Shoe Obituary
Born on September 24, 1959 in Charlotte, NC, he was the son of the late Charles Wesley Shoe, Sr. and Linda Carolyn Barlowe Shoe. Mr. Shoe was a an accomplished pipe welder & fitter for 30 years and worked all over the country. Wesley loved riding horses & Harley Davidson motorcycles. He also enjoyed cooking, gardening, hunting, fishing, and spending time at home with his love, Donna.
He is survived by his life-long love: Donna Johnson; one daughter: Whitney Deloach; one son: Cody Lyons; and four grandchildren. Mr. Shoe is preceded in death by his parents; his godparents: Dock & Willie Patterson; one son: Trey Shoe; and his aunt Becky.
Wesley wished to be cremated and a memorial service celebrating his life will be held by the family at a later date.
The Strickland Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
