Wesley Allan Thrasher

Wesley Allan Thrasher, 69, of Boyd Tx went to be with his Lord Wednesday, December 3rd, 2025.

Funeral is 10:00 a.m. Thursday, December 11th at First Baptist Cottondale. Family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service at the church.

Pastor Charles Pugh will officiate. Pallbearers include Wayne Johnson, Brett Johnson, Jason Standifer, David Owens, Kyle Billy, and Mike Henson.

Wesley was born February 24th, 1956 to Howard and Imogene (Johnson) Thrasher in Grapevine, Texas. He was united in marriage May 2nd, 1981 to Terrie Keener in Southlake, Texas. Wesley was a property manager and Master Craftsman in many areas. He was a member of First Baptist Church Cottondale and the NRA with extensive knowledge of firearms and ammunition. He was an avid hunter, outdoorsman and knife maker.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Imogene Thrasher, 1 Sister and 1 Brother.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Terrie Thrasher; his children, Tallie Thrasher, Tess Thrasher and (Nate); 1 brother and 1 sister; aunts, uncle, nephews, cousins, in-laws and numerous friends who will miss him dearly.
