It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Wesley "Wes" Webber on February 9, 2026. Born on May 25, 1962, in Bethlehem, Wes was a 1980 graduate of Abington High School. Wes valiantly fought a courageous battle with cancer, and through it all, he maintained an impressively positive and humorous outlook on life, never ceasing to fight.
Wes will forever be remembered for his sharp wit, his ability to light up any room, his sentimental nature, and his kind heart. He was the devoted husband of Tammy (Knapp) Webber, and together they celebrated their 18th wedding anniversary on November 16, 2025. Wes leaves behind three children: Melissa (Rashid) Gunn, Keith (Sarah) Webber, and Tyler (Emily) Webber, as well as two grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother Arthur Webber, sister Evanna de Fontney, and brother Clifton Webber. Wes was preceded in death by his father Arthur Webber, mother Anna (Weeden) Webber, and sister Kathleen Schwartz.
An avid Philadelphia sports fan, Wes's favorite chant was "Go Birds". He also had a deep love for the Phillies, Flyers, Sixers, Villanova basketball and the Iron Pigs. His other passions included traveling and attending live music concerts. Wes's favorite sayings, "life is short, buy the shoes or whatever" and "work hard, play hard," will continue to inspire all who knew him.
Wes dedicated a remarkable portion of his professional life to a distinguished career that commenced over four decades ago. He started at AARP Prudential, where he steadily advanced through a variety of roles, demonstrating exceptional versatility and commitment. This journey culminated in his retirement from CBRE, where he held the position of Facilities Manager, leaving a lasting legacy.
Wes will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him, but he will live on in our hearts forever.
All are invited on Friday, February 20, 2026 to Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service for a visitation from 10:00am-12:00pm and a celebration of life at 12:00pm.
