David E. Williams Jr.

David Williams passed away suddenly at the age of 53 on January 30, 2026 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Langhorne, PA. Dave was born on August 9, 1972, in Abington, PA, and graduated from Abington High School. He was the beloved son of Elaine (Karpiak) Williams and David Williams Sr. Loving father of Gibson and Morrison, who were the center of his world. Dave is also survived by his two sisters, Angela Williams and Kathleen (Rettig) Williams, and his brother Sean Williams. Nothing brought him more happiness than spending time with his family, whom he loved so much—a true family man to his core.

Dave’s passion for music was evident to all who knew him, and his love for the guitar brought joy to countless friends and family members over the years. He was a Philadelphia sports fan. He loved the Eagles, Flyers, and the Phillies. Dave was an avid skateboarder and surfer. Once he starts talking about his myriad collection of boards, his enthusiasm would brim over in his smile, and he would love to teach those who showed interest.

Family, friends, and coworkers who personally knew Dave saw the individual he was: a selfless worker, a goofy friend, and a kind-hearted parent. His presence will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.

Family and friends are invited to his visitation Saturday, February 28th from 10-11 AM followed by his religious service at 11 AM at the Joseph J. McGoldrick Funeral Home, 507 West Ave. Jenkintown, PA.
