I was so saddened to hear this news, which I just learned of today. I worked with Barbara at the Milnesand Post Office, and so got to know Wiley. He brought his backhoe to my place to bury a beloved horse that I had to have put down. He was right there on short notice when I needed him. He was a good guy.
