Wilfred Fitch Obituary
He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Ollie Fitch, wife of 56 years, Marie Fitch; sister, Lorene Barett; brother, Doug Fitch.
Wilfred served proudly in the United States Army, he loved fishing, gardening, spending time with his family and going to Tennessee to see his siblings.
He is survived by his son, Gwyn and Darlene Fitch; daughter, Tena and Garner Hall; sisters, Ethelene Hobbs, Pauline Wellman, Cathy Bailey; brother, Chester and Mae L. Fitch; grandchildren, Jordon Hall, Hunter and Erin Hall, Kyle and Chasity Higdon; great-grandchildren, Kade and Emmalynn Higdon.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Jamie Hunt officiating.
Interment will follow at United Memorial Gardens with American Legion Post 112 providing military honors.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, from 11:00 AM until the service hour of 2:00 PM.
