Wilfred "Billy" Leduc Jr., 60, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 30, 2025, at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack, New Hampshire. Born on May 22, 1965, in Lowell, Massachusetts, he was the beloved son of the late Wilfred Bill Leduc Sr. and Edna Lee Frost.
Billy was a hardworking man with a big heart, known for his loyalty, laughter, and willingness to help anyone in need. He worked for over 25 years at DLB Paving in Litchfield, New Hampshire, where he was respected and admired by his colleagues.
He found joy in the outdoors-especially hunting and fishing-and always appreciated a good joke. A familiar face at the Elks Club, Billy was also proud to have participated in the Penguin Plunge at Hampton Beach, raising funds to support individuals with special needs.
Billy was predeceased by his stepfather Donald Frost Sr., and brothers Philip Leduc and Robert Frost.
Billy is survived by his loving daughter, Nicole Ochoa, and her husband, Gilberto Ochoa; and his cherished granddaughter, Evelynn Ochoa. He also leaves behind his brothers: Donald Frost Jr. and his wife, Patricia; Thomas Frost and his wife, Cindy; James Frost; and Stephen Leduc and his fiancée, Dawn Courounis. He is also survived by his sister, Ruthie Whiting, and her husband, Wallace Whiting; as well as many nieces and nephews who will miss him dearly.
Billy's memory will live on in the stories he shared, the laughter he sparked, and the many lives he touched with his generous spirit.
