William "Jb" Alessandrini

Our irreplaceable friend, father, brother, Willim "JB" Alessandrini, 75 years of age, went home to heaven on Saturday, July 27th, 2024, after a brief illness. JB was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Gilda Alessandrini. He is survived by his precious daughter, Kara Safran Waicunas (Joseph), grandchildren, Max and Emma Waicunas; his brother, Anthony Alessandrini; his two nephews, Michael and Matthew Alessandrini; and many friends JB considered his family.
JB was a graduate of Cuyahoga Heights High School, obtained his Bachelor's Degree from Findlay College, and his Master's Degree in Eastern European History from John Carroll University.
In his career, JB worked for the Village of Brooklyn Heights, Executone, and Joseph P. Slak & Sons Construction. He was the beloved morning bartender at The Union House Bar & Restaurant in Parma. JB mastered every occupation with unwavering reliability, honesty, and steadfast devotion.
JB had a passion for reading, his favorite topic was history, particularly World War II. He surrounded himself with his books, enjoyed his morning newspaper, and had a love for reading his bible. A humble, unpretentious, simple man, JB never had a bad word to say about anyone. He was loved by all whose life he touched. Our irreplaceable friend will be greatly missed!
Friends may call to honor JB at Busch Funeral Home, 7501 Ridge Road, Parma, Ohio, 44129 on Sunday, August 4, 2024 from 2 - 4pm. Following the visitation, a funeral service will be held at 4pm.
A gathering to celebrate and honor JB's life will be held at The Union House Bar & Restaurant, 2713 Brookpark Road, Parma, Ohio 44134 on Sunday, August 11, 2024 starting at 2pm.
