Mary, I'm so sorry about this. I just saw this in the FDNM. I just wish to share a few thoughts. I got to know Bill when our time at DNPP overlapped. I was always so impressed with Bill's knowledge and understanding of park policies. He always answered my eleventy billion questions with patience, and sometimes a wickedly dry as dust humor. I laughed more when I talked to him, about payroll/travel/hr than anyone else. Well no one else actually, no one was like Bill. What I always came away with when I'd encounter you and Bill outside of work was how happy you two were. Please accept my sincerest condolences. Sincerely, Theresa Philbrick
