William F. "Bill" Anton Jr.

William (Bill) F. Anton Jr., 58 passed away peacefully surrounded by Family on September 15, 2022. Bill was raised and lived in Allendale, NJ for most of his life. For the last 6 years, Bill resided in Egg Harbor Township with his girlfriend Arlene. He was a graduate of Northern Highlands Regional Highschool where he played baseball and football. A painter by trade, he went on to start his own company, Corporate Painting Consultants, Inc. (CPCI) in 1999. Bill, an incredible guitar player, was very passionate about the Grateful Dead. He had his own band for many years and attended over 550 Grateful Dead shows. He was a Washington Commanders and NY METS fan who loved music, golf, playing horseshoes, history, politics and a good debate. He is survived by his loving children Alana, Ashley, Alexis and their mother Lauren. Bill also leaves behind his mother Carol; his father William (Bill) Sr. and Bill Sr's wife Peggy; his two sisters Eileen and Kerry. His friends and entire family will remember and miss him dearly. A Funeral mass celebrating Bill's life will be held on Saturday November 12,2022 at 11:00 am at the Guardian Angel R.C. Church in Allendale NJ. Donations to honor Bill's memory can be made to Northern Highlands Music and Performing Arts Association (MPAA).
