WILLIAM ARROYO Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes & Memorial Park on Jan. 2, 2026.
William V. Arroyo, Jr. was born on July 31, 1955, and went to be with the Lord on December 30, 2025. Remembering him are his wife of 23 years Vee Arroyo; stepdaughters Monica Anderson (deceased) and Lisa Hong along with Lisa's husband Ratana and daughter Emily; brothers and sister Danny C. Arroyo, Victoria (Tori) Arroyo and Steven Arroyo; son William J. Arroyo and grandson Logan Arroyo. Also remembering his passing are other family members, relatives and friends.

Bill graduated from Norte Del Rio High School in 1973. He worked for SMUD for 37 years and American River College for 7 years.

Bill loved to play baseball along with his wife Vee and stepdaughter Monica. He played baseball from Little League, Jr. High, Sr. High, American Legion and a short time with the Sacramento Solons. Bill also loved going to Pacifica and eating at Nick's Café. He was a fan of the Sacramento Kings.

Bill loved his wife Vee dearly even up to the time of his passing when he asked for her. He will surely be missed and loved by all whose lives he touched.

Bill was a man of God and showed it, lived it, breathed it daily. Scripture says "To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord". Until we are all reunited again as family…
