William Austin Obituary
Born on May 16, 1988 in Wilmington, Delaware to William and Marilou Austin (nee Costanzo), Will was a lifelong Delawarean and longtime employee at the Delaware City Oil Refinery where he served as an operator and member of the refinery fire brigade.
Will had a energetic love for life, but above all no love was stronger than his love for his daughter Luciana. Will was known for always thinking and doing for others and that was truly exemplified when Will donated a piece of his liver to his daughter when she experienced liver failure at a young age.
Will was a caring and compassionate husband, father and friend. He enjoyed spending time connecting with the people closest to him. His laughter was contagious and filled our lives with joy. He was a beautiful soul that will be dearly missed.
Will is survived by his wife Samantha Austin (nee Addonizio); his daughter Luciana Austin; his parents William and Marilou Austin; sister Andrea Austin along with his beloved nieces Mya, Anna and Ava. Will also leaves behind a host of many dear friends, coworkers, and extended family along with his dogs Baby and Lexi.
A visitation will be held on Sunday August 21, 2022 from 11:00am-12:00pm at the Doherty Funeral Home located at 3200 Limestone Road, Wilmington DE 19808. A Memorial Service will begin promptly at 12:00pm.

I WAS BLESSED TO HAVE WILLIAM IN MY LIFE AND DAYCARE HE WAS A WONDERFUL CHILD TO CARE FOR AND A TRUE JOY. HE LOVED IS MOM,DAD AND FAMILY AND WORRIED ABOUT EVERYONE. My dearest sympathy and condolences to the family. I remember Will when he was little. The saddest thing is to lose a child a father and a husband at such a young age. Prayers to the whole family..
