Funeral services for William Henry Baugh, 82, of Hollandale will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at Boone Funeral Home in Leland. There will be a visitation from 1:00 p.m. until service time. He lost his battle to cancer on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at home, surrounded by family. Burial will be in the Hollandale City Cemetery.
He was born January 20, 1943, in Hollandale to Jim and Lizzie Mae Baugh. He attended Hollandale School and was a lifelong resident of the Hollandale area. He worked for Rose Oil, Dixie Gas, Jimmy Sanders & Seed, Farm Fresh Catfish, and was the owner-operator of W&F Trucking.
He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Mitchell Baugh and Roger Baugh; sister-in-law, Rhonda Baugh; niece, Tanya McBride; nephew, Robert Baugh; and his grandparents.
He is survived by his wife, Frances R. Baugh; four daughters, Vickie Myers (Tim), Stephanie Werne, Cindy Johnson (Paul), and Melissa Thedford; three sons, Billy Baugh (Cindy), Jamie Baugh, and Wayne Carroll; two sisters, Marie Clark (Gary) and Donna Baugh; three brothers, Irvin Baugh (Marie), Jackie Baugh (Judy), and Danny Baugh (Mattie); sister-in-law, Diane Baugh; and 15 grandchildren.
Pallbearers are Garrett Baugh, Will Ratliff, Tom Baugh, Russ Baugh, Jamie Russell, and Roger Russell. Honorary pallbearers are Paul Holland, Mickey Jones, and Barry Fontenot.
