Bill was a BFF to my sister Sis, I remember him from hanging with Sis and him, he had a motor cycle he was going to take me a ride and I no longer got on the bike with him and he said not touch your leg against the pipe ( it was a second to late) I had already burnt my leg on the pipe and it was a really bad burn. So sorry to hear of Bill passing, RIP Bill
