He cherished moments shared over hearty plates of pasta with red sauce, and his beloved pizza, emphasizing the importance of gatherings and the joy of shared meals. His warm spirit and zest for life were evident to all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
He leaves behind a loving daughter, Riley Rose, who carries forward his legacy and love in her heart. Billy is also survived by his brothers, Jason Smith, Justin Smith and Tony Leblanc, along with his sister-in-law Michelle, who supported him throughout his life. His family extends to cousins Beckey Duquette, Lissa Marquez, and DJ Duquette, who will forever hold fond memories of their time together.
