William Blaine Tommsson Notevarp

In loving memory of William, age 34 of Shippensburg, who passed away unexpectedly on February18, 2026. William was a loving son, grandson, brother, and uncle. He was born on January 16, 1992, in Bergen, Norway. Will was proud of his Norwegian ancestry and mourned the loss of his father in 2018. 

He is survived by his mother, Anne Hosterman Notevarp, his "Grammy", Barbara Hosterman, fiancé, Michelle Ruquet, his three brothers, and many other family and friends who cared for him deeply. Will loved animals, especially his dogs. He loved traveling to the sunny beaches of Florida and watching the sunrise there. Will's kind heart, playful and humorous personality will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. William will be dearly forever missed, and is now re-united with his father, Tomm, and beloved pets, Benny and Theodore.

Professional services have been entrusted to Dugan Funeral & Cremation, Ltd., 51 Asper Drive, Shippensburg. A celebration of life for William will commence at a later date.
