William Blance Obituary
28852 VAN ALSTYNE RD, CHAUMONT, NY
Passed away on 3/9/26 at the age of 67.
Bill was born 5/11/1958 to Joan (McDonald) Blance and William Stanley Blance in Gouverneur, N.Y
Bill attended Watertown High School where he had many friends, was a member of the WHS Swim Team and performed in West Side Story.
Bill was a Salesman and a Contractor. He lived in Florida for several years where he did apartment maintenance and part-time bartending.
Bill is survived by sister Sherry Tontarski and her husband Loren, sister Melanie Hamilton and her husband Steven Hamilton, sister Joan Gregory and husband Stephen Gregory, brother Shawn Blance, 6 nieces, a grandnephew and 4 grandnieces. He was also beloved by his aunt Connie White and uncle Ed White.
Visitation will be held on March 18, 2026, from 2-4pm at Cleveland Funeral Home located at 404 Sherman St., Watertown NY and will be followed by a Funeral service at 4pm, also at the funeral home.
