Bill was 88 from El Cajon Ca. passed peacefully at home from congestive heart failure.
Bill was a machinist during his working years in Illinois and San Diego, CA.
Some of Bill's happiest times were spent flying to Illinois and Idaho to visit his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who he loved so very much.
Bill also loved touring on his Honda Goldwing motorcycle. Traveling to national parks in the US and Canada. He enjoyed scuba diving off Baja and San Diego, California
Bill is survived by his loving wife of 23 years Kathy of El Cajon,Ca. daughter Debra Larson of Belvedere, Illinois. Preceded in death were his three sons Steve Blodgett, Larry Blodgett and Randy Blodgett. Surviving, brother Jerry and sister-in-law Linda Blodgett. Of Tucson Az. Preceded in death by brothers Richard and sister-in-law Joann Blodgett, Douglas Blodgett and sister Juanita Watts. Surviving grand-Daughters Terri Lynn and grand-son-in law Peter Milinkovic, Champaign Il Tera Ferari, Il. Stephanie Pearson, Il Dana Sanderfeldt. Il. Lauren Blodgett, Washington grandson Jacob Blodgett Washington and 9 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Bill was a friend of Bill W. for 44 years and they shared many friends throughout the years.
