William King Blythe, Jr.

January 1, 1926 - April 16, 2025

William King Blythe, Jr., passed away on Wednesday, April 16, 2025. He was born on January 1, 1926, to William and Ruth (Bates) Blyth in Tecumseh, Nebraska.

Bill is survived by his daughters, Carol (Craig) Vanderkolk and Diane Thomas; son, David (Joy) Blyth; five grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his wife of 73 years, Phyllis Blyth; his parents; brother, Harlan; and grandson, Paul.

His Celebration of Life will be on Friday April 25th at 10:30 a.m. at Capital City Christian Church on 78th and Holdrege. A luncheon will be provided after the service.
