To Bill's family, the grace of God really has been over you all ever since you have known Bill. His mom and dad were stupendous people with humility and grace abounded. I will remember Bill always as a person of honor and am very proud to say I went to school @ OLVA with him. God got a good one when He made Bill. Toni Harshbarger Muller
