My condolences to Billy and family. Bill was a super nice guy, I also worked in corrections and would run into him from time to time. Usually would see him at the gym and we would always take the time to chat. Always cherish the memories .Prayers to you all!

I am sorry for your loss. I worked with Mr. Bontcue for many years at the prison. He was a great officer, partner, and role model for us younger guys. He was a no nonsense person. If you were doing the right things, he would support you. If you weren´t, he would definitely tell you about it!

Pat, Billy, and Jill Please accept my condolences regarding Bill's passing. I had the honor and privilege of working and knowing Bill, as a friend and volunteer firefighter in Vineland Company 1. Bill was always striving to be the best firefighter. I will always cherish my memories of him. Sincerely, Jim Rudd.
