William C. Brandt

William Carl Brandt, 91, passed peacefully into the presence of his Lord on December 4, 2025. Born on February 16, 1934, in Sterling, Colorado, he was the beloved son of Henry and Esther Brandt. His life was marked by faith, family, service, and an enduring work ethic that touched countless lives.

William dedicated 70 years to ministry as an ordained minister with the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel. He pastored churches across Colorado and Missouri and was instrumental in building more than 20 churches-leaving a lasting spiritual and physical legacy in every community he served.

Beyond ministry, William was known for his entrepreneurial spirit. For 50 years he owned and operated AB Auto Brokers, where he sold used cars and golf cars, pairing his love for vehicles with his genuine care for people. He was also an avid collector of GM vehicles, from miniature models just inches tall to full-sized classics.

William loved the outdoors-hunting, fishing, and cheering on the Denver Broncos and Colorado Rockies. He also shared his passion for athletics through coaching, spending treasured years as an assistant coach alongside his son for a college basketball team, and later helping coach his granddaughters' basketball teams.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Halsey Brandt, and his son, Bill Brandt, Jr. He is survived by his brother Edward Brandt and family; his daughter Cynthia Brandt; his grandchildren Krystal Lane and her son Uriah; and Krystin Campion and her husband Craig and their children Lana, Quin, and Owen, and many nephews and nieces. He was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed.
