Beloved husband of Lorraine. Loving father of Dan (Jessica). Dearest grandfather of Tyler. Dear brother of Keith (Diana) Ratliff and Phil (Valerie) Ratliff.
Jerry was a longtime pharmacist at Woodhaven K-Mart Pharmacy.
