It is with a heavy heart we announce the passing of William Michael Brostek 77 of Jacks Reef on June 26, 2026. He was the owner of Trappers Tavern in Memphis, NY.
He is survived by his brother Edward (Diane) Brostek, his daughters Andrea Brostek, and Mellissa (Brian) Watts, grandchildren; Aiden and Ashlyn Watts, niece; Kara Mott, nephew; Eddie Brostek, and a beloved friend Marcia Borst. Many family and friends will miss him.
Calling hours are Saturday, July 12, from 9:00 am to11:00 am at Whelan Bros. & Hulchanski Funeral Home, 5854 Belle Isle Road, Syracuse, NY 13209. A service will be held at 11:00 am at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery in Warner's, NY.
