William Lloyd Buterbaugh, Jr., 66 of Wheeling passed away Monday, September 1, 2025, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born May 1, 1959, in Homestead, Fl., the son of Nina (Pasquale) Buterbaugh and the late William Lloyd Buterbaugh, Sr.

Bill was a was a construction worker and a proud veteran of the United States Navy.

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. His spirit of charity and dedication was constant throughout his life. Bill is now resting in the arms of our Lord and Savior, and we know that we will see him again one day.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Joana (Burgy) Buterbaugh, mother, Nina Buterbaugh, children, Donald (Rebecca) Russell, Zachary Russell, grandchildren, Daria and Zane Russell, sister, Ann (John) Quintana, and Joe Buterbaugh

In keeping with his wishes there will be no public visitation, all services will be held at the convenience of the family. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
