William Chappell-Mark Obituary
William loved to draw, and while he was a talented artist he was most passionate about cooking. He truly enjoyed making meals for others to enjoy. He was also proud to be a volunteer firefighter and EMT in both the Rochester Area and Dansville.
He is predeceased by his parents, Kathy (Putnam) Chappell and Raymond Rathburn; grandson, Lain Wallace Richard Chappell.
He is survived by his children, Kara Chappell and Gabriel Chappell of Dansville, New York, Billie Chappell of Cohocton, New York, and Dylan Chappell of Rochester, New York; spouse, Isaiah Mark; siblings, Raymond (Anita) Chappell and Adam (Tasha) Rathburn of Ohio, Heather Hillyard and Holly (Craig) Hall of Rochester; many aunts and uncles; many nieces and nephews.

You may not have realized this but you will be missed. I have good memories of you . I always felt close to you when i still lived at moms. I know you thought different then most and so did i. U may not remember but i remember going to hillside and being terrified and u bringing me a package of double stuffed oreos and a dokken tape. It meant the world to me. Im sorry you suffered in the end and you felt like no family cared. Rest in piece bill. heather
