William Matthew Cupples

William Matthew Cupples, 61, of Mahomet, IL, passed away on December 18th, 2024.
A visitation will be held on Friday, December 27, from 12:00pm until 1:00pm at Ottawa Funeral Home. A funeral ceremony will take place at 1:00pm. Burial will follow at Oakwood Memorial Park.
William was born September 6th, 1963, in Ottawa, IL, to William Edward Cupples and Dianna (Lewis) Reynolds.
During William's life he fondly looked forward to his phone conversations with family members where he reminisced about memories and the appreciation he had for his friends & family. While William was in school he played football and continued his love for sports by supporting the Bears, as well as his favorite baseball team the Cubs. When William had spare time he enjoyed fishing, playing slot machines, and going to Vegas! He also loved to travel to new destinations and visit his family.
He is survived by his mother, Dianna (Don) Reynolds; his brother, Christopher Cupples; his girlfriend, Laura; his son, Matthew Cupples; and his niece, Jennifer Peck.
William was preceded in death by his father, William Edward Cupples; and his maternal grandparents, Robert M. & Iliene M. Lewis.
