To Bill David´s family, we offer our condolences on the loss of a great human being. Always ready to help when needed and always ready with a story, Bill has been missed from the old Mills Creek neighborhood these last few years. We miss his appearing on our deck with his dog just to chat. We miss his advice on nearly any project taking place in anybody´s yard. We just miss his company. But when Iva wanted to live closer to her family, Bill crossed the river from west side to east and we are sure he made as much of an impression on his new neighbors. The world is a duller place with Bill´s passing. Iva, you and your family are in our thoughts as you go through this difficult time.
Love, Dick and Kathy Brothers

Dear Iva & David Families, our deepest condolences to you. We miss you in the old neighborhood. No cop showing up in riot gear to break up a domestic complaint on Halloween! We had to invite him in for a cocktail so that he could see nothing was going on YET! We miss Bill coming over when we were working in the yard. He would offer his opinions & offer to help us unload railway ties. We are sorry we didn't make time to come see you in Eastlake. Bill's sense of humor was contagious. It was fun joking with him. We will keep you in our prayers. Kathy & Jeff Keefer
