William "Joey" Joseph Driver , 64, of Verbena, Alabama passed away March 13, 2026, at his residence.
He was born April 2, 1961, in Alabama, son of the late Edwin Driver and the late Patti Driver.
He was a Welder by trade. He loved his family, specially his grandchildren and Alabama Crimson Tide Football.
Surviving are his Wife, Patricia Lee Driver; Son, Joseph Craig (Joy) Driver; Daughters, Brandy Nicole (Ty) Byrd, Elizabeth Hope (Jacob) Chapman; Brother, Wayne (Jayhala) Driver; Grandsons, Bryan Byrd, Liam Chapman, Jayden Driver; Granddaughters, Charlee Byrd, Cari Byrd, Kylee Chapman; Brother-in-law, Jimmie Davis.
He was preceded in death by his Father, Edwin Lamar Driver; Mother, Patti Jean Driver; Brother, Carl "Junior" Thomas, Jr.; Sister, Vicki Jean Davis.
Friends will be received Monday, March 16, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral Services will be held Monday, March 16, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tony Reynolds officiating.
Interment will follow in Chestnut Creek Baptist Cemetery, Verbena, Alabama.
Pallbearers will be Chuck Cagle, JR Cleckler, Gene Mims, Terry Byrd, Thomas "HOBO" Latham and Chase Littleton.
