William "Bill" "Bill" Duehring

William Harvey Duehring, 89, passed away on July 20, 2025, at Harvest Home in Howards Grove with his wife by his side.

He was born on March 8, 1936, in Emmet, WI, a son of the late Harvey and Frances (Borchardt) Duehring.

Bill graduated from Central High School in 1954. He served in the United States Army from 1958-1960.

On September 9, 1958, he married Linda Reinemann. She preceded him in death on April 10, 2012.

On August 20, 2016, he married Peg Stahlman in Plymouth.

He Started his career as a draftsman at Thomas Industries and Watry Industries. He also worked as an engineer at Polarware for many years. He bartended part time at Hoffmanns at Riverdale Country Club. In his retirement, he continued working Duehring's Tax Service.

Bill was a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Sheboygan where he was a very active member, teaching Sunday school, singing in the Choir and helping with the Church Rummage Sale. Bill also served as a volunteer with the Black River Fire Department for over 55 years.

Bill enjoyed fishing and hunting in his younger years and playing cards. He was also an avid fan of the Packers, Brewers, and Badgers.

Survivors include his wife, Peg; children, Denise Neils, Scott (Carol) Duehring, Steve Duehring (special friend Jill); grandchildren, Bryan (Sarah) Neils and Jodelle Canon; five greatgrandchildren; stepdaughter, Karen (Kevin) Loose; step-daughter-in-law, Cherie Stahlman; and sister, Darlene Kittredge. He is also survived by many step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and stepfather Norbert Krahn; first wife, Linda; son-in-law, Al Neils; stepchildren, Kevin and Kay Stahlman; brother, Harry (Bonnie) Duehring; and brother-in-law, Lloyd Kittredge

Visitation will be held on Thursday (July 24th) at the Suchon Funeral Home in Plymouth from 4:00pm-6:00pm and again on Friday (July 25th) at Christ Lutheran Church, 3816 S 12th Street, Sheboygan from 9:00am-10:45am; with a Funeral Service to follow at 11:00am. Rev. Christian Gugel will officiate, and burial will be at Sunrise Memorial Gardens in Sheboygan.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested in Bill's name to Christ Lutheran Church or Plymouth Historical Society.
