Bill is missed. He was one of the good guys who made it. I could sure use a lunch outing with bill just to hear him laugh. God bless his family.

Dear Emma and Family,
Diana and I extend our deepest sympathy to for the loss of your dear Bill. Bill was my friend, colleague, and mentor. I will forever remember his contagious smile and warm sense of humor. We worked together in the F-22 Program Office for many years where Bill was my supervisor and later on other projects. He taught me many things. He was one of the few supervisors that had actually worked in the field doing the engineering work we were being asked to do. He was gifted at identifying talent and acknowledging hard work while providing valuable guidance in the midst of very difficult challenges. I respected his knowledge of subject matter and his ability to work with people so easily. Bill was just a great human being. I will miss his spirit so much. I thank God for the many memories I have of Bill - they all make me smile when I think of them.
God Bless You and Your Family,
John Malas

I never will forget Bill, He always made me laugh. He would call me Qtip. (because of my white hair)
Emma, If you need to have someone to go someplace, call me I am just up the road maybe 1 1/2 miles.
