Will was born in Pennsylvania in 1989. He was adopted by John and Elaine Duvall and lived in Sea Cliff New York for most of his childhood. As a young man, Will spent many summers working on a dairy farm in Virginia. From 2008 to 2012, Will lived in Summerville, South Carolina before moving to Losantville, Indiana in 2013 where he resided until his passing. Will was preceded in death by his mother Elaine Duvall in August of 2016.
Will joined the United States Navy in 2008 and was a SWCC in the Navy until he was injured in 2009. He then moved to Summerville, South Carolina and worked on the base in Goose Creek, South Carolina until late 2009 when he was medically discharged from the Navy. Will met and married his wife Charity in 2018. He and Charity started their company, CWD Land Management LLC in 2020 doing land management, land clearing, and demolition work until September 2023 when the company was closed.
Will is survived by his wife, Charity; his stepson, Charles "Charlie" Pluss; his father, John Duvall; as well as many members of Elaine's side of the family.
Will was a loving husband and son, and an amazing stepdad. He always had a way of making people smile and had a positive lasting effect on other people's lives. He will be forever missed by those who loved him.
