William “Bill” Eppard. Jr. of Washington DC, peacefully passed away on November 28, 2023 after battling leukemia. Bill was born on April 3, 1955 to Bill and Juanita Eppard in Washington, DC. After attending Crossland High in Camp Springs, MD, Bill studied Fine Arts at Towson University. After graduating, Bill joined United Airlines as a flight attendant and spent the next 34 years travelling the world.
Bill met his loving husband, Chuck Fiorentino, in 1983 and were married in 2009 when Gay Marriage became legal in Boston, Massachusetts. Bill had many passions in his life. In addition to travelling, his love of gardening resulted in a back yard that when combined with his neighbor Steve, was covered by the Washington Post. https://shorturl.at/adz23.
He and Chuck adored animals and the dogs and cats that were rescued into their loving home quickly became family. His collection of vintage Barbie dolls was legend.
In addition to his husband, Chuck, Bill is survived by his brother Bruce.
