William E. Eversole of Randolph, Ohio passed away July 18, 2025, peacefully at home. He was 99. He was born in Herndon, West Virginia on March 21, 1926, to parents, Dewey and Georgia Eversole who precede him in death. Also preceding William in death is his wife, Clarice; daughter, Judy Carpenter; sister, Elma Jerrell; and brothers, Marvin and James.

William was a proud U.S. Army veteran and worked in the maintenance field for many years. He was family-oriented and lived his life surrounded by family and friends. He was a man of strength, character, and dignity, a positive attitude, and embraced simplicity finding joy in the small moments that enriched his life.

He is survived by daughter, Linda (Tom) Reese; son, Walter (Laura) Eversole; grandchildren, Bob, Mike, Tom, Angela, Bill, and Christine; five great-grandchildren; and sister, Dorothy Boyd. To leave a legacy of strength, dignity, and character is to truly live a life of purpose. William did so with every life he touched.

A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at East Liberty Cemetery, Green, with Military Honors being presented.
