William R. "Bob" Felts, age 89, of Hockessin, DE, passed away on Saturday, October 25, 2025.
Born in Brooklyn, MD on June 22, 1936, he was a son of the late Ralph G. and Grace I. (Gardner) Felts. Bob proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. He made his career as a business analyst at DuPont where he retired after 32 years. Bob played Minor League Baseball in the Detroit Tigers and Baltimore Orioles organizations. In his spare time, he enjoyed golfing. Most of all, Bob loved his family and was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his brothers, Ralph Felts, Jr., Edwin Felts, and Donald Felts. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Naomi (Booher) Felts; children, Elaine McGuire (Charles), Carol J. Ciarlo (Ronald), and Craig Felts (Cindy); 8 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
All services will be held privately.

You all have our condolences. I remember the first time I meet him, Elaine and I were running around, and we came in he was so nice. He shook my hand. I was happy to have known him even though it was only when we were high school. I remember him to be a loving and caring person. May in rest in peace with our Heavenly Father. And one day we will all be together again. Love and prayers to you all.
