William Lee Foreman

1959 - 2025

William Lee Foreman, born in Bakersfield on July 29, 1959 to Robert Wendell Foreman and Loretta Francis Brown, passed away quietly in his Bishop home on July 28, 2025; his beloved dog Sissy at his side. Known as Lee for most of his life, he attended schools in the Eastern Sierra, primarily in Bishop. Lee was a cowboy, roper, bull rider, rodeo clown, commercial truck driver, livestock hauler, and avid fisherman. When asked about his hobbies he would reply fishing, fishing, and fishing.
Lee was preceded in death by his mother Francis Brown and brother John Foreman. He is survived by his father Robert, siblings George, Patricia Ann, and Dean Foreman and Daniel Brown, uncle Harold Brown, and numerous other aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. He will be missed by family and many friends, old and new.
Donations in Lee's name can be made to the Bishop Chapter of the Salvation Army.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 3, 2025 at the Bishop Elk's Park, 3301 W. Line St.; more details to be announced at a later date.
