William "Bill" Gerardy

When he nicknamed me "Bones".
When he would chase me around the dining room table and sing, "Kathleen Adele, died and went to Hell". He was a big brother tease!
We shared almost every Christmas Eve together for over 60 years.
It was hard not to be around Bill and laugh.
We were together in many places over the years. One that comes to mind is going to Chicago and having our picture taken in front of the "Bean". Another is vacationing with our families in Michigan.
Bill was always there to help. I learned to love gardens even more because of him.
I remember every house he and Anita lived. There was always food, laughter and fun.
Bill and I were the only left handed children out of 6. He weighed in at birth
10# 2oz and I weighed 10# 3oz.
I learned to be a fun loving person, have a strong faith, be a good spouse and parent and be charitable.
I will miss him so much....
