Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, Bill graduated from Father Judge High School. He attended The Studio School of Art and Design and Saint Joseph’s University. He married his sweetheart, Janet, in September 1967. He spent most of his adult life in Bensalem, PA, and was a longtime member of St. Ephrem Church. In his early years, Bill worked at Rohm and Haas in Bristol, PA, as a product designer and illustrator. He later retired to Florida, where he enjoyed boating, golf, and traveling with his wife. As an award-winning multi-medium artist, his works can be found in various private collections, corporations, and public spaces. Bill was a member and instructor at the Visual Arts Center in Punta Gorda, FL, and a member of the Vero Beach Art Club in Vero Beach, Florida. He was also part of the Arts in Medicine program in Vero Beach, where he provided a creative outlet and support for persons undergoing chemotherapy treatment. Bill will be remembered for his unique sense of humor and his ability to bring smiles and laughter to everyone he met.
