He was born on December 4, 1948 in Marietta, Georgia to Mr. James Marshall Goss and Mrs. Joan Bryant Goss. He worked as an IT Security Manager for the AJC. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Lisa Goss.
William is survived by his wife of 47 years, Julie D. Goss; son, Douglas Goss (Niccole); grandchildren, Everett Goss and Ellie Goss; sister, Marsha Sikes (Kenny); brother, Bryant Goss (Kristi); nieces and nephews; other extended family and friends.
A memorial visitation that will be held on Friday, November 14, 2025 from 2 P.M. until 4 P.M at Benson Funeral Home.
