During my time living in Palmer from 1975 to 1995, Bill and I had many good conversations relating to Bartlett and the sandhills. I always enjoyed his even, calm, consistent temperament, and I appreciated the good work he did on my needy equipment. I appreciate the dedication he had to the volunteer fire department.
