William Guinn, of Sunbright Obituary
William Alexander Guinn, age 16 of Sunbright, passed away peacefully on August 13, 2023. Zander enjoyed playing sports, fishing, swimming, and playing video games. He was on the Sunbright High School football and basketball teams. Zander was a part of the Student Senate and was class president his sophomore year. Zander also worked at Panera Bread.
He was preceded in death his father, Cody Guinn; grandmother, Ingrid Hunt; grandfather, Auzzie Freeman; and grandfather, Samuel Saylor.
He is survived by his parents, Elizabeth Saylor Freeman and Auzzie Freeman, II; brother, Auzzie Freeman, III and sister Calliope Freeman; grandparents, Donnie and Kay Vaughn and grandmother, Pam Freeman; Aunts: MaryAnn Saylor, Denetra Freeman, and Amanda Guinn; great-grandparents, Kenneth and Mary Lou Bowling, and Joyce Peck; along with a host of cousins and friends.
The family will receive friends Saturday August 19 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg. The funeral will follow at 2:00 with Rev. C.J. Frank officiating. The graveside service will immediately follow at Mt. Vernon Cemetery in Burville, TN.
Schubert Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Zander Guinn.
